Back to School: Girls Style Guide

Hi beautiful people. With back to school starting in a couple weeks, I have been on a hunt for great deals, quality clothing that's budget-friendly, and stylish pieces that my daughter will love. This is the first time that I let her pick out her own clothes for back to school. She is one trendy and stylish little lady. As you can tell, pink is her favorite color. I don't blame her. It's a good color and looks amazing on her.

Denim Jeans - The staple to every wardrobe is a good pair of jeans. I am a huge fan of these jeans. I buy my daughter a couple of pairs each school year. They are great quality, not too expensive, and come in regular, slim, and husky. She also picked out these cute jeans with floral patches.

Fun Pants - I was catching up on one of my favorite blogs, The Ever Co, and Amy shared this in her June post. I knew my daughter would love these pink checkered flare pants, so I snagged a pair for her as well as these adorable pinstripe floral pants from The Ever Co shop.

Cute and Comfy Joggers - These pants are just adorable and I wished they came in adult sizes. I let my daughter pick out the print and she chose these floral joggers

Basic Tees - I'm not a huge fan of printed tees. I tend to just buy the kids basic tops in various colors to mix and match with their various outfits. Some of my favorites are the basic long sleeve tops at Walmart and these multipack tees. They are of great quality and the color options are amazing.

Jackets - My daughter loves jackets! She has more than she needs but when she saw this pink puffer she asked if she could have it for the cooler seasons ahead. I couldn't say now. Pink is her favorite. Also, love a good denim jacket. She has a 7 For Mankind jacket we got in a Kid Box but I love this one for much cheaper.

Tights, Socks, and Undershorts - It gets pretty chilly here in the PNW pretty quickly. My girl loves to wear skirts and dresses and some of the best stockings are made by Hanna Andersen. They are thick, made well, and keep her legs nice and warm on those chilly autumn and winter mornings. Here are a few of our favorites: basic stockings (multiple colors) and ribbed stockings. I also love a good under short and Primary has some of the best for only $12.50. You also could snag a pack of 8 on Amazon here.

Fun Shoes - It's no secret that I love shoes and my daughter does too! Here are a couple of her favorites that we found for back-to-school.

Dresses - We love a good dress with a cute print around here. We have been really into rainbows, dinos, and daisies. I love a summer dress that can transition to autumn with a cute denim jacket or cardigan, stockings, and boots. Here are a few prints we love: Rainbow Dress, Space Dress, Ruffle Sleeve Dress (comes in four colors).

I hope this little back-to-school shopping guide is helpful for you. These are just a few of our favorites in our shopping cart currently. School doesn't start for us until August 30th. So we still have plenty of time to get our shopping done.
