No Bake Nutter Butter Balls

Please excuse the poor quality photo. I took this photo before I bought my new fancy camera.

Who doesn't love peanut butter and chocolate? There is just something about the combination that is just perfection. A couple years ago I came across this no-bake recipe in a magazine. I clipped it and tucked it away in my recipe book for safekeeping. It has been a few years since I last made these but this is seriously one of the easiest recipes that I have ever made. And it is so yummy!

Ingredients:

1 package Nutter Butter Cookies
1 tube Cream Cheese, room temperature
2 bags of chocolate chips
Sprinkles

Directions:

1. Break Nutter Butter cookies in half and place in food processor. Use the lowest setting to turn the Nutter Butter cookies into crumbs.  Pour crumbs into a bowl and add the tube of cream cheese. Using a spatula or your hands to mix together the crumbs and cream cheese.

2. Using a spoon scoop out dough and roll into 1 inch sized ball and set aside on cookie sheet. Repeat until the dough is gone.

3. Pour chocolate chips into microwave safe bowl. Heat for 1 minute and stir until chocolate is completely melted. Roll balls into the chocolate and set aside. Repeat until all balls are covered with chocolate and add sprinkles. Let chocolate harden completely before eating.

See, super easy. Enjoy!
