Have you tried Bliss Nut Butters yet? It's my absolute favorite nut butters and it's super healthy for you. It cost $8 a jar but it is totally worth it. I could eat it by the jar full. It's so good! I usually buy my Bliss Nut Butters at my local farmer's market but you can find it at Whole Foods, New Seasons, Zupan's if you live in Portland, or on their website here.

My husband kept hinting at me to make him some homemade brownies the other day and seeing as I am a good wife, I did. I added my favorite peanut butter to the batter and it was so yummy. I think the next time I make these babies I am going to add more peanut butter though.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Bliss Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup melted butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup Flour
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium size bowl mix sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and Bliss Peanut Butter until smooth and creamy. Add eggs and blend.

2. Mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and blend on low until combined. Pour into greased baking tin and bake for 40-45 minutes.

3. Let brownies cool for 20-30 minutes and add frosting and sprinkles. Enjoy!
