Pregnancy Week 16: Baby #2

I totally forgot to post about week 15 last week... Oh well. I've got the pregnancy brain going on and seem to forget to do a lot of things lately. Normally I'm the super organized type but lately I have the forget-about-it mentality going on. For starters, I put the peanut butter in the fridge and the mayo in the cupboard the other day. Seriously Tasha? I have to write things down and check them off to make sure I have completed everything that needs to be done. I don't remember having the pregnancy brain until a lot later when I was pregnant with Amari. My energy levels have been very high, which has been nice seeing as I've been packing up my house the past two weeks. Have I mentioned how much I hate moving? This time around we are moving a hundred and two miles from where we currently live. Fun times, not! We have way too much crap in our house. Tomorrow I have my 16 week check-up with my midwife. I have to inform them that we'll be moving and my search for a new doctor will begin. I am not excited to find a new doctor or a new pediatrician though. I will miss Dr. Larsen. He was wonderful. Lately I have been feeling Little Bean moving wildly. Bean likes to wiggle early in the morning and right before I go to bed (which annoys me because I just want to sleep). I still have the feeling that this baby is a girl. We will find out for sure in four short weeks. :] I can't wait. Trevor and I finally sat down and discussed names last night. I have come to the realization that picking names this time around is going to be a challenge. I'm so picky! Choosing a name for Amari was easy. We had our names for him picked out around 12 weeks. Well its 16 weeks now and we have yet to create a list let alone decide on names. Hopefully, once we know the gender of this baby it will be easier to decide. Once we decide we won't be sharing the babies name until he or she is born. So far, Little Bean is 4.6 inches tall, weighs about 3.5 ounces, and is the size of an avocado. Tomorrow we will hear the heartbeat and it will be sweet music to my ears. =D
