I can't believe that it is June already... Last month went by so quickly and I lost track of time. My youngest son, Tallie, is out of school on Friday for the summer. My big boy gets out next week. Summer is here and we are excited for all our family adventures. I plan on sitting down with them tonight and working on our summer bucket list. It should be fun. Little kids have the best imaginations.

Because I am so behind, I wanted to share what came in our May Mom and Toddler Box from our friends over at Ecocentric Mom. We were pretty pleased with all the goodies inside and look forward to our June box.

P.S. Ignore the cereal on the ground... My toddler was having a snack. =]

Here is what came inside my Mom and Toddler Box this month:

Where are My ABC's Book by Rusty Finch
$8.99

This book is adorable. I read it to my daughter almost every day and we are currently working on learning the alphabet with her. So far, because of this book, she has mastered letter's A through I. Its a cute book to add to your library at home.

Busy Bag by Gift Genie Express
$13.00

Okay... I think my favorite item in the Mom & Toddler Box was the Busy Bag by Gift Genie Express. Its a handmade item and comes in the most adorable little bag. Aurora (my daughter), loves playing with it so match. She will sit for hours and just match all the pieces together. I plan on ordering her another bag for the summer. The Gift Genie Express has some great gifting options for new mom's as well as for your kids. This is perfect for toddlers working on sensory skills and color/pattern matching in general. I highly recommend this product. You can buy it here

I Play Sun Hate in color White
$9.00

My daughter loves her I Play sun hat. It is perfect for days spent at the pool, beach, or even the lake. It protects her delicate skin from the harmful rays and she looks adorable when she wears it. I plan on ordering her a couple more for the summer as well as purchasing one for my niece Brenna when she's born this July. Online, Ecocentric Mom only has aqua colored hats but I found more on the I Play site here and each hat is $15.

Surf Dirt Sunscreen by UP Sports
$11.99

I really like this sunscreen by UP Sports. It doesn't have a strong odor, isn't greasy on your hands once you apply it, and it works really well. I use this product on my kids when we go to park during the evenings and our outdoor pool. So far, we are loving it.

Bug Protector All Natural Tick & Mosquito Repellent
$7.99 each

Okay... I really like this spray by Bug Protector. If you are looking for a product that works, isn't full of icky chemicals, and to apply it specifically on your kids, look no further. This spray works great! We have been using it on the kids when we go on hikes in the woods and to keep the mosquito's away when they play outside. It doesn't have a harsh smell to it and smells more like essential oils than anything else.

Dark Sea Salt by Jessie's Nutty Cups
$16.00

I personally was not a fan of the dark sea salt nutty cups by Jessie's Nutty Cups. They tasted sort of bland and not so sweet to me; however, my daughter loved them. I think I may have to order some Jessie's Nutty Cups in a different chocolate combination for our upcoming anniversary.

April Mom & Toddler Box

March Mom & Toddler Box

I know I say this every month that I get my box from Ecocentric Mom’s, but y’all deserve to treat yourself! You now have the option of selecting two items in your box each month and they have expanded the membership options to include Pregnancy, Mom & Baby, Mom & Toddler (which was the option that I have been choosing the past couple months), and just Mom. You can even skip months now and shipping is always free. The cost for a box from Ecocentric Mom’s is $32.99 and it is totally worth it. I have enjoyed all the items that I have received the past year and my tot really likes the surprises in the box that came for her.
